Vinyl

Vinyl siding offers incredible durability, value and beauty for years with very little maintenance. The most popular option for home exteriors, siding provides an impenetrable shield from Ohio weather elements such as cold, snow, and rain. It doesn’t peel like paint, dent like aluminum, or show scratches like wood, and your home looks freshly painted with a simple wash using mild soap and water.

With the amazing availability of color choices, designs, and wonderful trim options, your home will have the appeal and beauty you envision. The lasting qualities of vinyl siding, combined with this product’s lack of required maintenance, allow a home owner to easily recoup their initial output in energy and maintenance savings.

Solid Wood

One of the most maintenance heavy siding options out there, solid wood is one of the most elegant sidings available. There is just something about the rich wood texture that really complements a home. The only hassle is protecting and maintaining the wood. Solid wood expands and contracts with the seasons and is prone to splitting and cracking. You typically have to restain or repaint it every few years. But if properly maintained, solid wood can last a lifetime!

Brick or Stone Veneer

Brick or stone is very heavy and typically requires a foundation to be laid upon. Brick or stone veneer, however, allows for the traditional appearance without having to rebuild your house! One of the most expensive options, veneer requires very little maintainence. Hose down the house once a year or so and you are good to go. It is also fireproof and you don't have to worry about termites and insects! Veneer is a very difficult siding to install, so don't expect to do it yourself, hire a professional for this one.

Composite Wood

Unlike Solid Wood, Composite Wood consists of premanufactured pieces of wood that are glued together with resins. Because they are manufactured, they don't have the traditional knots and markings of solid wood, but are much more cost effective and easier to install. They also are treated to help repel insects and mold and mildew.
